Born in St. Louis , and then grew up in a lot of places. Photographer, creative director, producer, tech evangelist, explorer, and un-repentant linguist, Jeff Rueppel's work is characterized by an endless curiosity in the natural world and deep human culture  and by finding innovative ways to protect and tell their stories.

His core work in climbing photography is focused on finding the human face behind the endeavor. An early adopter of VR story telling, his work shooting projects for Google Expeditions, Adidas, and OutsideTV has taken viewers right into the heart of vertical action across the globe.
